Have you ever tried to fathom,
the true depth of a woman?
One who has hidden that depth,
for a lack of a real man.
She is always testing the depth of others,
searching for that atypical man.
Longer and longer, more time passes but
there does not seem to be any of them.
Typical, child-men as shallow as their members
never real, only after their crooked one.
Asking questions, not even about the answer
only concerned with their pillowed destinations.
Child-men, all shallow, only about themselves;
A lack of which there is none.
All of them just filling space, wasting her time,
only concerned about their crooked ones.
She is always testing the depth of others
searching for that atypical man.
Longer and longer, more time passes but
there does not seem to be any of them.
She, wiser than her beauty portrays her,
only shares a fabricated depth, pure fiction.
Waiting for her atypical man,
to truly share her depth with them.
Somehow, she now feels trapped in the corner,
because of her fabrications, that fiction.
Now that she has found him,
how does she share her depth with him.
She is always testing the depth of others
searching for that atypical man.
Longer and longer, more time passes but
there does not seem to be any of them.
When you look at me, I hope you see the devil;
the image she wants those child-men to see.
Praying that they will; runaway in fear,
rather than mess with her heart strings.
Child-men though, do not get the message,
instead, they pursue her insistently.
Probing and prodding with, get to know you;
questions, bring her to the brink of insanity.
She is always testing the depth of others
searching for that atypical man.
Longer and longer, more time passes but
there does not seem to be any of them.
She will go back, much further in time,
to the things in her life that shape her mind.
Sharing the things that bring her smiles,
and some that bring tears too.
She knows that he will not judge her,
or make her regret sharing with him.
He has proven with the depth of his resolve;
that he is there for she is his life.
She was always testing the depth of others
searching for that atypical man.
Longer and longer, more time passed but
until she finally found one of them.
